Burning Bridges AI provides online AI tools that help users generate short videos, including the Burning Bridges AI video generator that puts you (and optional friends) into the viral Drake “Burning Bridges” chandelier party scene from one photo. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Burning Bridges AI is an independent, unofficial fan entertainment platform inspired by a viral short-video format. Burning Bridges AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Drake, OVO, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any AI model provider or music rights holder. We do not distribute or license the original Drake track unless explicitly stated for a specific download.

1. Service use
You may use Burning Bridges AI only for lawful purposes and only with media and prompts that you have the right to upload and process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights. In particular, only upload photos of people (including public figures) and pets that you have the right to use.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform.

3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Burning Bridges AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

4. Generated output
AI-generated outputs may vary based on input quality, prompts, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them, and for respecting the rights, likeness, and publicity interests of any person depicted. Do not rely on generated media for legal, medical, identity, or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Charges are covered by our 30-day Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. Failed renders are never charged.

6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Burning Bridges AI to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, hateful, or sexually explicit (NSFW) material involving minors, or to impersonate real people in a harmful way. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service. NSFW content generation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Third-party platforms and music
Some Burning Bridges AI downloads may be silent or include generated party ambience rather than licensed commercial music. If you add a third-party song (including the official Burning Bridges track) and post to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or any other platform, you are responsible for obtaining any rights or licenses required by that platform and the rights holders, and for following AI-content disclosure rules.

8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent storage of uploaded files or outputs unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burning Bridges AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
